Kody Horrocks
Multi-Talented Actor, Singer, and Dancer

ABOUT KODY
Kody Horrocks is a versatile and dynamic performer with a lifelong passion for the stage. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, she began performing at just 10 years old, making her debut as Maid Marian in a children’s production of Robin Hood at The Rose Theatre.
A true triple threat, Kody brings equal strength to acting, singing, and dancing. She is especially recognized for her comedic work, excelling in roles that blend sharp wit with strong physical comedy. While comedy is her specialty, she is equally drawn to the depth and challenge of dramatic storytelling.
Vocally, Kody is a skilled singer with a high mix belt and a legit soprano range, backed by years of dedicated training in both styles.
Offstage, Kody enjoys quieter moments—often cuddling with her cats and watching movies. She attributes all her success to her parents. Without their love and support, she wouldn't be where she is today.

Matilda the Musical
"Horrocks embodies a vacuous woman with no interest outside of herself. As she proclaims, she would rather have looks than books. She surprises, however, when she dances. The dance and song, “Loud,” is one of my favorite scenes."

"Our leading ladies, Violet (Wendy Allen), Doralee (Kody Horrocks), and Judy (Anna Rebecca Felber) gel so well together. It’s hard to recreate that chemistry for those characters from the film, but, these guys got it. They lead us through the story with charm and well fleshed out (sorry Doralee) characters, so, we know we’re in good hands from the get-go."
